MD+A takes the time to understand our clients’ needs.

MD+A Consultants has worked with a diverse range of local, national and international clients; from a small, non-profit literacy organization to two national governments; from a provincial HIV treatment network to a custom communications firm in the financial services industry.

Most clients come to us by word-of-mouth, and that’s because of our approach: we recognize that each client and project has a unique set of needs, constraints and objectives, and we take the time to understand our clients and their vision before the project begins.

We work with each client to not just implement a technology solution, but to ensure that the solution will support our client in meeting their organizational mandate. Strategic planning, needs analyses of human, technical and financial resources, business process optimization, stakeholder consensus building, in-house training, policy development and project evaluation are some of the methods used by MD+A to help clients ensure their project is a success.

Based in Toronto, Canada, MD+A has worked with over thirty clients in the public, private, non-profit and health care sectors. We’ve delivered a range of solutions, from targeted information technology research analyses to multi-year, multi-million dollar web applications.
